Universal Aluminum specializes in the production of painted aluminum coils for aluminum alloy shutters, which provide various specifications of painted aluminum coils for domestic and foreign sunshade companies.
The main production equipment:
1: A set of CNC slitting equipment imported from the United States.
2: Taiwan-made aluminum coil, iron coil, dual-purpose CNC slitting equipment set.
3: Aluminum coil automatic painting and baking equipment:
5 sets, the monthly production capacity of painted aluminum coils can reach 40,000 coils.
4: Specification of painted aluminum coil:
A: Width: 10mm, 12.5mm, 15mm, 16mm, 17.5mm, 25mm, 35mm, 50mm, 60mm, 80mm, 89mm, 100mm.
B: Thickness:
0.13mm～0.43mm.
5: Special specifications can be customized.
